Your Qualifications
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, scheduling software)
Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate needs
Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
